I work across technology, organisations, facilitation, art, and making, drawing on more than 25 years of experience.

I help leaders and teams understand what is happening, uncover constraints, and create practical ways to learn, create, and change. My practice brings together Ways of Working coaching, systems thinking, organisational development, technology, and co-creative approaches, with a focus on helping people and organisations become more adaptive, capable, and creative.
