SalesCandy
Led product development and engineering for a mobile-first lead management system. Worked across product, technology, operations, and customer needs to grow a secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient cloud-native SaaS organisation on AWS.
SalesCandy and remote collaboration, a JANDI customer story I wrote in September 2020, documents the product and the shared working environment used by our distributed team.
In SalesCandy, my team and I built the core system using a suite of AWS serverless technologies, gaining experience in domain-driven design and event-driven architecture. I also developed the technical capabilities of our customer-facing Customer Success Teams so that they were able to operate as first-level technical support. Working alongside our Kibana dashboards, they could consult directly with clients and lead them toward more effective sales management using the SalesCandy application.
